M & M Underwriting, who celebrate their 10th anniversary in business this year, are focused on Product Liability-led accounts for SMEs through market-leading insurers XL Catlin.
This partnership will allow JMP to provide an extensive range of cover from M & M including Product Liability, Public and Product Liability, and Combined Liability. It also includes the highly complex Aviation Product Liability, including grounding cover.
JMP has a wealth of experience arranging cover for businesses operating in industries such as motorsport, which traditional underwriters perceive as high risk. By working with M & M and XLCatlin, JMP will be able to offer insurance products for performance and safety-critical component manufacturers who supply products into automotive, motorsport, oil & gas, medical devices, aviation and transportation sectors. This includes onsite technical and specialist servicing companies.
In addition, cover can also be managed for organisations those that export a high percentage of products to North America. This can include contractual obligations such as Vendor’s Extensions and Hold Harmless clauses to make sure you are fully covered in a litigious territory.
This exciting new offering is not just reserved for large corporate clients; Premiums are available from just £750 per annum.
